
Bruschetta is our summer dish at this house! This is such an easy add on to a meal, a great afternoon snack or a yummy appetizer. I know there are lots of ways to make it. Here is how we make/eat our bruschetta:
- Fresh bread is a must from the bakery b/c no preservatives
- Sprinkle a little parmesan cheese
- Then put in your oven at 350* for 1-2 minutes
- Take out of oven, to spread your pesto, put a few fresh tomatoes (preferably from your home grown garden), and lay one slice of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Put back in your oven at 350* long enough to melt the cheese
- Apply a few drops of balsamic vinaigrette on top
- Enjoy eating!
